I legitimately CARE about you and what you get out of our business relationship! I have been working full-time since 1989 in various customer-facing and sales positions. Prior to Selling Real Estate fulltime, I negotiated salaries for computer engineers in the Silicon Valley.  I've got experience in slow markets and fast markets.  I believe that a salesperson creates her own market conditions.  Agents may say Winter is SLOW for Real Estate BUT I did more business last Winter than I did last Summer - I worked harder!

My office and home are in the city limits of Wetumpka.  Many of you are seeking a home that's within a certain commute range to your job - I will help you here.  Others of you prefer to live outside Wetumpka's city limits but keep within the School Boundaries - I will help you here, too! Whether it's Wetumpka, Elmore, Holtville, Lake Jordan area, Lake Martin area, Eclectic, Wallsboro, Titus or Emerald Mountain, I will serve you well. Outside of Wetumpka's close surrounding areas, you might convince me to assist you with a home sale or purchase in: Tallassee, Millbrook, Prattville or Montgomery areas.  Ask me about my partner agents in these areas as well.  I can help you locate a qualified and licensed real estate professional anywhere in the US and in Vancouver, B.C. - one of my aunts lives there!

If you're going out to open houses and tired of filling out registration books, call me for some of my business cards and you can hand these out instead of writing fake phone numbers!  When you hire me as your exclusive real estate agent, together we will filter out the types of properties you are not interested in, and view only the ones you might like or are just plain curious about! 

Whether it's the 1st house you see or the 20th, I will consult with you to make the best decision for your needs and lifestyle and I will be with you to prepare the offer and act as your negotiator. 

So far - knock on wood - none of my buyer clients have paid 100% of the seller's asking price.  I search and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best home you can afford.  Then I evaluate the market to determine a FAIR market value.  If you know where you want to live, and NO properties that meet your criteria are on the market, I will work for you to locate a homeowner who is about to become a seller!

Selling a home? My real estate expertise and effective marketing programs will give you the exposure and edge you need to sell your home quickly AND for top dollar. I expect that you will look for an agent who is not just an MLS lister and sign poster.  

Results speak for themselves and I can honestly say that ALL - 100% - of the homes I have listed, have SOLD! All sold above market value, except one fixer-upper. 

Sometimes a seller tries for more than his house is worth, but doesn't get it...  When my sellers have prepared their home for showings and priced their homes using my comparative analysis and according to other successfully sold homes, they've sold their home within 40 days.  When you hire me as your listing agent, I get to work - and believe me, it's beyond what you'd expect!

For starters, I inform 200+ people that your home is for sale by personal mailer and I post your property on several websites, including a Featured Home spot on Realtor.com and of course, on KatParker.com, too! Your property is advertised in the famous and well-read Tri-County Homes and if warranted, it will be advertised other places, too. 

We always place a sign and flyer box in your yard and post multiple photos on as many of the online sites as possible.  Statistically, buyers are not interested in homes with NO photos and they don't spend as much time considering homes with only the exterior photo as they do with homes having several photos. It just makes sense to get a buyer to spend as much of their time as possible, considering YOURS!  Online viewers spend 10 Seconds on listings with one photo - 5+ minutes for over 4 photos!

I expect my clients to relax while I work on the details.  Buying and Selling homes is my professional career. You have your own job to do, I don't want you to feel like you need to do mine as well.  That's what I am for!  At our appointment, if you feel I do not have what it takes to get the job done, then I'll give you some great information to help you steer whomever you hire.
